Independent execution of medical nursing care according to SGB V
Performing and documenting basic and personal care
Professional execution of medical prescriptions (e.g. medications, injections, wound care)
Supporting our clients in their daily lives – with dignity, empathy and professionalism
Collaboration with family doctors, relatives, therapists and our nursing team
Participation in planning, implementation and evaluation of individual care processes

Your Profile

Completed three-year training as a registered nurse, geriatric nurse or healthcare professional
Sense of responsibility, empathy and team spirit
Class B driving licence and own car
Enjoyment of working with people and interest in modern, digitally supported care
